1. Subscription

Parent Paleontology Society ("PPS", "we", "us") offers monthly and annual subscription plans that renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method at the then-current rate.

2. Billing

Subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. No payment method is required to start a trial. You will be charged at the end of the trial period if you provide a payment method and do not cancel.

4. Gift subscriptions

Gift subscriptions are purchased for a fixed period and are non-refundable once redeemed. Gifts do not automatically convert to a paid plan; the recipient may choose to subscribe at the end of the gift period.

5. Content licence

Expedition packs are licensed for personal, non-commercial family use (or, for homeschool plan holders, single-classroom use). You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly post pack content in whole or in part.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service in any manner that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, or interferes with the operation of PPS systems.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Access continues through the end of the current paid period. PPS may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
